The Frontier Hiring Process

To maintain our standard of excellence and hire people who are as passionate about their work as they are about finding the perfect GIF, we have a multi-step hiring process. Don’t be intimidated (or do).

  1. Frontier sorts through resumes to select short-list candidates.

  2. A Personality Style Indicator Questionnaire is sent to applicants selected for interview.

  3. Interview final applicants.

  4. Internal debrief regarding the initial perception of skills, aptitude, fit for the position, and personality fit within Frontier culture.

  5. Test projects may be given to the selected candidate, depending on the role.

  6. Internal debrief on quality and timeliness of work and fit within the Frontier team.

  7. Debrief with the candidate (via email or in-person) after the test project. They are then either paid for their time on the test project or offered a 6-month probationary contract.

  8. A six-month probationary contract could be terminated at any time if the candidate’s quality of work deteriorates or there is friction with the team and culture (severance is given after three months).

  9. Upon successful completion of the six-month probationary contract, the candidate is offered an ongoing role as an employee of Frontier and is given access to all employee perks and benefits.
